Super base for one night in Niagara Falls. I greatly enjoyed the location. It is next to the airport:)))

Owner very friendly, room was not very clean but bed was. Very dated motel but if it was clean would be so much better.

A/C took forever to cool room and tv kept turning on and off due to being plugged in same outlet as a/c

Kept our room and that is the only thing I can say about this dump.

Dirty towels, black hairs on my daughters sheets, front door would stick, lumpy pillows, the shower was good at first until I saw the pipe for the shower was stick ing out from the wall. Very spartan facilities and this is the last place I would ever stay in Niagara Falls. Would describe as more of a hostel than a hotel.

Our stay at the Aston Villa Motel is the worst experience at a hotel that i have ever had. Paying $75.00 bucks for that place is a complete rip off, you might as well stay at the ymca. The rooms are in diar need of renovation. For example the dirty, stained matrss we were staying on didn't even have a fitted sheet to cover it. So I would wake up in the morning and I would be partly on the gross mattress. The room stunk and there was grafitti on the back of the door. I also think the guy staying three doors down was selling drugs out of his semi perminent room.

Internal room clean and other facilaties is not up to the mark

Nothing. When we booked, we did not see what it looked like. I believe that $ 100.00 is not a small amount. Cleanliness is absent. Management of the motel is not active to see what the staff for cleaning etc. were doing. Changing the bedsheets does not amount to clean rooms. Throughout the night mosquitoes and flies were humming on the face. It was not a good experience and I don't think I will recommend it to other friends.

When we complained about something the staff tried to accommodate us in a timely fashion. The manager allowed us to stay an extra couple hours past checkout time to have someone come and repair my vehicle window after it was broken into.

The room was very dirty, items left in fridge from previous guests, was not given a parking spot outside my room like asked for when booking although i was asked to move my vehicle because I another family had requested the same thing... My vehicle was broken into. I believe if I was parked in front of my unit as requested this wouldn't have happened.

Location was OK.

There was a smell in both rooms I booked and we couldn't get rid of it.

The room have a microwave

The location, very far from the turist zone.

Desk clerk was very helpful and knowledgable about area.

Rooms were small. Too small to have 'two' double beds in them. Did not have a choice of front or back of the motel.

I would not recommend this motel to anyone. The owner was not at all personable. When concerns were brought up to him his first response was leave and go somewhere else to stay.

Room was dirty, smelled like smoke, bathroom wasn't clean, self invented curtains. Okay, the room was $35, I don't expect much, however it should be clean.

They dont vacumm the carpet and not really cleaning the floor.

We stayed at Aston Villa Motel and we want to say how nice and helpful the holder is. Thank you again for your kindness and help. The Motel is nice and not far, by car, from the Niagara Falls. The place is quiet and calm, and we really enjoyed the swimming pool. A very good place, indeed. I recommand it.
